Service Hours:

Morning consultations: 9:00 ~ 12:00 noon.
Registration from 8:30 ~ 11:00

Afternoon consultations: 14:00 ~ 17:00
Registration from 13:00 ~ 16:00

Evening consultations: 18:00 ~ 21:00
Registration from 17:30 ~ 20:00

Saturday consultations: 9:00 ~ 12:00
Registration from 8:00 ~ 11:00

No consultations on Saturday afternoon and Sunday

In case of emergency, go directly to the emergency room on the first floor.

Payment:

The cashiers are at the service desk on the second floor. There is also a cashier on duty on the 3rd floor during clinic hours

Payment is in cash or by ATM card at the kiosk. Kiosk Service is currently only available in Chinese.

International patients not covered by the National Health Insurance can settle their bill by credit card.

Charges:

Min-Sheng General Hospital is classified as a regional hospital and the fees are charged according to the regulation imposed by the Department of Health of the R.O.C for that kind of hospital.

For patients covered by the National Health Insurance:

  • General Outpatients: NT 440 (includes registration, consultation by the physician and medicine for three days).

Notice: As of 2008/12/01, an extra NT 50 needs to be added to those prices for first time patients and NT 30 for the evening clinics.

X-rays, analysis and other procedures are charged separately

  • Emergency patients: NT 700
  • Room charges: depend on the type of room chosen or available at the time of hospitalization. Meals are provided upon request and are charged separately, except for the single rooms on the 15th floor and the international ward where they are included in the room charge.

If you didn’t bring your National Health Insurance card you will be required to pay in full for consultation and medicine. However, you can claim reimbursement if you bring the required documents (NHI card, ID and original receipt) within seven days.


For patients not covered by the National Health Insurance:

Patients not covered by the NHI will be charged in full for the physician consultation, procedures and medicine.
