For First Time Patients:

• - First time patients have to register in person at the registration desk on the second floor. Take a ticket from the dispensing machine and wait for your number to be called.
• - Bring your National Health Insurance card (when available) and identification.
• - You will be asked to fill a consent form.
• - If your first visit is through the Emergency Room, registration, payment, and medicine pick-up are done at the E.R service desk.
